Loft Conversions
TEAMWORK will help you decide firstly, if a Loft Conversion is possible. We can then help you to design your new loft rooms and provide a quotation for completing all the necessary work.
The Federation of Master Builders say: -
“Converting your loft is certainly a job for the professionals, and when you get it right you not only gain a fabulous light-filled space, you could also get a handsome return on your investment when you sell. According to the FMB a loft extension can add up to 15% to the value of your property”.
We will introduce you to our local Architectural Technician who will provide all the drawings necessary to apply for Planning Permission (if it is required), and Building Regulations. Our local Structural Engineer will provide the Structural Calculations required for Building Regulations.

Our friendly Team of time-served craftsmen will construct your loft conversion with as little intrusion as is possible. Scaffolding will create an access to the roof and all major materials will be delivered over the scaffolding, straight to your loft.
Your loft rooms will be completed to a high standard to include decoration if you wish. The local Building Control Officer will be invited to inspect our work during the construction.

Extensions
TEAMWORK will meet with you and advise you about the technical issues of your extension; can we build what we would like? Will we require Planning Permission? Where should the drainage go? How long will it take?

TEAMWORK is able to build extensions in a variety of materials; Face Brickwork, Rendered Block work, Timber-Clad or Tile-Hung. Your extension could be Single-Storey, Two-Storey, Flat-Roofed, Pitched Roofed, Flat or Vaulted Ceiling, with or without Velux Roof Windows.
Your extension will be completed to a high standard to include decoration if you wish. The local Building Control Officer will be invited to inspect our work during the construction.

Refurbishments
TEAMWORK is often required to complete refurbishment works as part of a larger contract for a Loft Conversion or Extension. Our Team of dedicated, time-served craftsmen are more than capable and we would be delighted to quote for the work.
We have excellent associations with local Kitchen and Bathroom suppliers as well as Bedroom Furniture manufacturers.
Fencing
TEAMWORK can supply and install all types of Fencing from Simple Panels to Close-Board, Timber Palisade and Cleft Chestnut. We can also supply and fit Steel Security Fencing in Palisade and Mesh.
Patios & Driveways
TEAMWORK can supply and install all forms of Patio Materials from Concrete Slabs to Indian Sandstone, Block Paving and resin-based surfaces.
